How is Freedom Connected to Passover
Passover is one of my favorite holidays.
It holds space for tradition as well as individuality.
No 2 Seders (the traditional holiday meal and storytelling) are exactly alike.
Each Seder brings the flavor of those around the table, while holding the rainbow of traditions to choose from.
All the time using the word FREEDOM as a guide.
How is FREEDOM connected to Passover?
The Jewish people escaped slavery from Egypt with a passion to pursue FREEDOM.
Walking for 40 years in the desert, giving up was not an option.
It is Not Just FREEDOM of the Jewish People That is Discussed At My Seder Table.
However, it is not just FREEDOM of the Jewish people that is present at my Seder table.
FREEDOM belongs to all citizens of humanity.
We welcome the pursuit of freedom for all.
As well as individual FREEDOM from what has held one back from his or her own spiritual growth.
This Year FREEDOM Shouts Out From the Depth of My Soul on Another Level.
This year FREEDOM shouts out from the depth of my soul on another level.
Israel, a place I call home, is facing the loss of FREEDOM for all its citizens.
Jews, Muslims, Christians their FREEDOM is essential to the existence of the State of Israel and human dignity.
There are so many good people in Israel, of all religions, faiths colors and gender.
I know this, I work with them on a daily basis.
I have come to learn that our shared fundamental human values are so much greater than our differences.
The current government coalition in Israel is attempting to threaten democracy and individual FREEDOM.
The People of Israel Have Taken to the Streets Singing and Speaking Sounds of FREEDOM.
The People of Israel have taken to the streets singing and speaking sounds of FREEDOM.
They have not given up for 12 weeks, just as my ancestors in the desert thousands of years ago.
Voices of hope and faith are being sounded not allowing despair to kidnap them.
There is a power in togetherness that elevates the human spirit against those that wish to destroy it.
They will be joined by me ,on my return to Tel-Aviv next week.

Never give up on FREEDOM, the lesson crying out to me this Passover.
Hope, faith and the wonder of the human spirit are here to stay.
This year’s Passover Seder table will most likely feel the salty waters of what was and what is.
Passion for peace, justice, democracy and human equality will be central.
FREEDOM will lead our SEDER never forgetting her sounds and the voices that sing them.
